Service Description
We shampoo your hair with a gentle cleansing shampoo followed by a 2nd moisturizing shampoo. We use an enriched hydrating/ moisturizing conditioner. We spray nourishing leave in conditioner to lock in moisture and roll your wet hair on rollers and place you under a hooded dryer for 45-60 mins for a non direct heat finish for a more healthier hair journey for RELAXED HAIR ONLY.
Cancellation Policy
All Appointments require a deposit/Fee. All Cancellations and Rescheduling requires a fee, The fee is the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment you made when you booked your appointment.The deposit/Fee is a partial payment that go towards your total cost of the service you scheduled.A Previous deposit for a specific day can NOT be used to make a rescheduling appt. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS you have tested positive with a documented copy of a PCR Test for Covid 19. /REFUNDABLE if you cancel 14 days before your Appt. date. REFUNDABLE if nor'easter/blizzard 10 inches/1 ft or more of snow. REFUNDABLE if hairstylist cancels your due to Emergency you will receive a FULL refund of your deposit and a 30% off discount of your total bill for your next rescheduled Appt.
