Service Description
Relaxer has a standard every 6-8 week (10 weeks max )Roots New growth Relaxer touch up. Thats required in order to keep relaxed hair healthy from breakage & excessive shedding. Once Relaxer is done ,Then hair is shampooed styled (INCLUDES rollerset / Wash blow-dry curl /flatiron styling ) then Trimmed ( trim is no longer then half inch for customers that recieves regular trims ever touch up) dead ends only, this is NOT A HAIRCUT/ nor shaping. /no layers / no taper /fade./ all pixies required a customize haircut for a desired style
Cancellation Policy
1. Please NO shampooing 48 hours before your scheduled appt. 2. Please NO scratching or vigorous brushing 48 hours before scheduled appt. 3. Please inform your Hairstylist if you have any scalp issues. i.e., seborrheic dermatitis, seborrheic eczema, psoriasis, or extremely dry scalp 4. Please have your hair Combed & Detangled 24 hours before scheduled appt. 5. Please inform your Hairstylist if you've bleached/colored or Chemically treated your hair in the last 6 months. 6. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS you cancel / reschedule 14 days before your scheduled appt.
