Time is money. If we have to detangle or comb out hair and it takes longer then 5 mins there is a $45 detangle comb out fee for every 30 mins , so please COMB OUT / DETANGLE YOUR HAIR BEFORE visit. Thank you .
Cancellation Policy
All Appointments require a deposit/Fee. All Cancellations and Rescheduling requires a fee, The fee is the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment you made when you booked your appointment.The deposit/Fee is a partial payment that go towards your total cost of the service you scheduled.A Previous deposit for a specific day can NOT be used to make a rescheduling appt. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS you have tested positive with a documented copy of a PCR Test for Covid 19. /REFUNDABLE if you cancel 14 days before your Appt. date. REFUNDABLE if nor'easter/blizzard 10 inches/1 ft or more of snow. REFUNDABLE if hairstylist cancels your due to Emergency you will receive a FULL refund of your deposit and a 30% off discount of your total bill for your next rescheduled Appt.
