Removal of previous Color services, solution is placed on hair and slow removal of previous color is removed , and the client is left with under tone color of lift hair before the color was deposited . DISCLAIMER COLOR REMOVER WILL REMOVE A LARGE AMONT OF COLOR BUT NOT ALL IN ONE SERVICE , IT IS POSSIBLE THAT MORE THAN ONE VISIT IS REQUIRED. CONSULT WITH STYLIST.
Cancellation Policy
All Appointments require a deposit/Fee. All Cancellations and Rescheduling requires a fee, The fee is the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit payment you made when you booked your appointment.The deposit/Fee is a partial payment that go towards your total cost of the service you scheduled.A Previous deposit for a specific day can NOT be used to make a rescheduling appt. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS you have tested positive with a documented copy of a PCR Test for Covid 19. /REFUNDABLE if you cancel 14 days before your Appt. date. REFUNDABLE if nor'easter/blizzard 10 inches/1 ft or more of snow. REFUNDABLE if hairstylist cancels your due to Emergency you will receive a FULL refund of your deposit and a 30% off discount of your total bill for your next rescheduled Appt.
